B2C Video Ad Scripting

Objective

TerraCycle has been ramping up business-to-consumer (B2C) advertising for its Zero Waste Boxes and other products. Past video ads had focused on product features, but the company wanted to test a script that focused on product benefits, mirroring a popular user-generated-content (UGC) feel.

Contributions

  • Helped strategize video ad approach.

Result

The new video advertisement blew objectives out of the water, achieving a 4.0 return-on-ad-spend (ROAS)! It has been added to the ongoing rotation of paid advertising and is being tested globally.
