Objective

TerraCycle's most active recycling programs participants have historically been community organizations. But overtime, the audience became disengaged, and the pandemic didn't help. TerraCycle needed to re-engage community orgs and convince them to start recycling again.

Contributions

  • Performed customer research and gained a deep understanding of pain points and needs.
  • Created content for the "Community hub" webpage.
  • Strategized and developed helpful resources and guides to support community recyclers in their journey.
  • Wrote emails to re-engage community contacts on our lists and encourage TerraCycle's broader audience to recycle for their community.
  • Created social ad content.
  • Created organic social media content.
