TerraCycle Schools Campaign

Objective

TerraCycle was beginning to renew its focus on schools as recycling collectors. It launched a full campaign to inform schools about the benefits of recycling with TerraCycle (including the potential to earn money). But to turn interested schools into committed TerraCyclers, they needed a clear and simple instructional guide.

Contributions

  • Meet with key campaign stakeholders to determine needs of guide
  • Putting myself in the user's shoes, outlined and wrote all guide content
  • Reviewed and refined with campaign leadership
  • Maintained TerraCycle's voice but with a fun, upbeat campaign tone

Result

In the first 4 months, the TerraCycle schools campaign drove double the school sign-ups of the entire previous year.
